THE ENDS ARE THE OLDEST PART OF YOUR HAIR, AND MOST LIKELY TO BREAK. BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR ENDS TRIMMED TO PREVENT THEM FROM SPLITTING UP THE HAIR SHAFT. THE LONGER YOU WAIT, THE MORE THE STYLIST HAS TO TAKE (TRIM OFF).
GOING SWIMMING? Since chlorine and salt can be harsh on your hair, wet your hair with regular water before diving in. This fills up your hair cuticle with non-chlorine water lessening the chance of your hair being filled with the chlorine or salt water.
Hair grows slightly faster in warmer weather because heat stimulates circulation and encourages hair growth.
Cooler Months Ahead? Sure we like to complete our outfit with a scarf for the fall/winter season, but we have to be mindful that constant friction against the hair can result in breakage. Silk scarves are an alternative.
